Marc Dumont

Marc Dumont earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Alberta, the same province he still calls his home. He is now embracing entrepreneurship, an endeavor supported by a keen and longstanding interest in wilderness and environmental issues as well as a host of degrees and certifications.

A professional and personable leader who is bilingual in French and English, he maintains focus and fortitude during projects and with his skills at prioritizing and organizing, he is able to collaborate with a number of stakeholders to achieve goals.

Marc believes in learning the lessons offered by life and the ability to acquire education to support interests and goals. A capacity to pivot and the skill to find creative solutions are necessary in this evolving world.

Though his entrepreneurship goal to become a professional beaver control specialist and work in environmental monitoring and wetland restoration was spurred by recent developments on his property, it also builds upon years of interest and study.
